Our standard shipping is free for purchases over €80. If you need to receive your order quickly, you can add express shipping, which costs €20.
If your order is less than €80, the cost of standard delivery is €10 or you could also select express shipping for €20.
However, if you choose standard shipping and reject the package, we will deduct €10 (shipping cost) from your refund.

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 natural days after your order has been shipped. With express delivery, it is 1 to 2 working days after the shipment.

Don’t worry, the courier will notify you so that you can arrange a new delivery or deliver the package to a pickup point nearby so you can pick it up at your earliest convenience.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an informative email with a UPS tracking number.
You can track your order on their website directly. If you prefer, you can also track it here, by entering your tracking number or your email and order number.
If you think your package might have gotten lost in transit, you can reach out to us! We will open an investigation with the transport agency and provide a solution as soon as possible.

4. You can log into your account or place the order as a guest! In this case, you will have to enter your contact and delivery information.
5. If you have a discount code, now's the time to use it! Enter it in the box for discounts.

Definitely! We want you to be happy, so we think that returning has to be as easy as buying.
You can return any of our products but keep in mind that the product should be in perfect condition, clean, and unused. You must also return it with all accessories and the original shoebox, and protect it to ensure there is no damage to it during shipping. Returns that aren't in this condition will not be accepted.
You can also request an exchange for your purchase, completely free of charge, on our return platform. Keep in mind that no exchanges are allowed on Honest Sales products due to limited stock. The product must also be returned in perfect condition, clean and unused and with all original accessories.
If you wish to return the exchanged product, we will deduct €5.00 from the refund. This charge will also be added to countries where returns are not free of charge.
