Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Remember that the product to be returned should be in perfect conditions and on its original packaging.

If you use the UPS label we offer, we will deduct the corresponding amount from your refund.

Our shoes follow the standard European sizing, so we recommend you buy the size you usually wear. However, in some product sheets you will find notes about the size if it fits a bit different.
No two feet are the same, that's why with many of our shoes we include an extra pair of high density EVA insoles, which you can use (under the original ones) to hold your foot more snugly.
